WP10 Dissemination and outreach activities

Description:

The overall aim of this work package is to coordinate the exploitation of research findings, outcomes and results and to communicate the project’s
progress and achievements to relevant scientific communities and the broader public. The latter also implies the establishment of links to other
existing projects and networks in the field and to foster continuous exchange of information with the international scientific community. Leader
of this WP 10 will be SYNPO a.s. and the responsible person is Ing. K. Zetková. In order to guarantee maximum impact, adequate dissemination
plane is crucial. The dissemination plan will be implemented at early stage of the project in order to guide the dissemination activities throughout
the project lifetime. Project partners plan to create communications and collaboration channels with complementary initiatives (on-going
supported projects, Technical Platforms, leading regional and international networks etc.). This WP 10 will also include the following activities:

Members of the consortium will organize and attend professional conferences and other events, involving participation of European
organization, policy makers and decision-makers, to promote the project and its outputs in the public arena as well as in relevant commercial and
R&D communities.

Members of the consortium will jointly contribute articles to international journals and conference proceedings to generate interest in the project
initiative and its expected results.

Members will actively search for dissemination opportunities during professional conferences.

The consortium will hold training seminars and workshops open to decision-makers and other interested and relevant parties from the public.

The consortium will build a web site and service providing information about the project and demonstrating methodologies and capabilities of the solutions under development as these become available.

A final task of the WP 10 will be liaising with stakeholders at a national and European level. The project outcomes will be offered based on a
temporary evaluation agreement to leading European players in the field. This will provide an opportunity for immediate and straightforward
adoption by such organizations, leading to rapid dissemination to a multitude of users across Europe.

WP 10 will share the task of representing the project in these different contexts with WP1 (project management). All members of Centre will
participate in the dissemination by presenting project results and findings on international exhibitions (e.g. Europen Coatings show,..) and
conferences.
