Spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00ed analytick\u00fdch metod p\u0159edstavuje z\u00e1sadn\u00ed p\u0159edpoklad pro korektn\u00ed vyhodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnosti dekontamina\u010dn\u00edch metod. V r\u00e1mci \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed projektu je sledov\u00e1na rozs\u00e1hl\u00e1 skupina polutant\u016f vyskytuj\u00edc\u00edch se v r\u016fzn\u00fdch environment\u00e1ln\u00ed matric\u00edch. Vzhledem k rozd\u00edln\u00fdm vlastnostem jednotliv\u00fdch skupin polutant\u016f a matric vy\u017eaduj\u00ed jednotliv\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpady mnohdy specifick\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edstupy p\u0159i pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed analytick\u00fdch strategi\u00ed. Tento aspekt je patrn\u00fd zejm\u00e9na v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nov\u011b se objevuj\u00edc\u00edch typ\u016f kontaminant\u016f z oblasti l\u00e1tek osobn\u00edho pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00ed a r\u016fzn\u00fdch aditiv tzv. endokrinn\u00edch disruptor\u016f a rovn\u011b\u017e farmak. Tyto l\u00e1tky jsou biologicky aktivn\u00ed, a tedy nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 i ve velmi mal\u00fdch koncentrac\u00edch, ve kter\u00fdch se v \u017eivotn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed nach\u00e1zej\u00ed. Analytick\u00e9 syst\u00e9my musej\u00ed b\u00fdt spr\u00e1vn\u011b nastaveny na takovouto mnohdy ultrastopovou anal\u00fdzu. Dal\u0161\u00edm \u00faskal\u00edm je jejich chemick\u00e1 r\u016fznorodost p\u0159edstavuj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky s rozd\u00edln\u00fdmi polaritami, molekulov\u00fdmi hmotnostmi a funk\u010dn\u00edmi skupinami. WP6 je tedy podp\u016frn\u00fdm pracovn\u00edm bal\u00ed\u010dkem pro stanoven\u00ed a optimalizaci nov\u00fdch metod detekce polutant\u016f, studium ekotoxicity a monitoring nanomateri\u00e1l\u016f v \u017eivotn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n

V\u00fdvoj metodick\u00fdch postup\u016f pro stanoven\u00ed endokrinn\u011b aktivn\u00edch l\u00e1tek v environment\u00e1ln\u00edch vzorc\u00edch je zalo\u017een zejm\u00e9na na pou\u017eit\u00ed modern\u00edch chromatografick\u00fdch metod ve spojen\u00ed s hmotnostn\u00ed detekc\u00ed (HPLC-MS\/MS, GC-MS). Studium potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed ekotoxicity a migra\u010dn\u00edch schopnost\u00ed nov\u00fdch typ\u016f nano\u010d\u00e1stic je studov\u00e1no p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na produktech pracovn\u00edch bal\u00ed\u010dk\u016f 1 a\u017e 5. D\u016fle\u017eitou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed je zhodnocen\u00ed chov\u00e1n\u00ed nano\u010d\u00e1stic v r\u016fzn\u00fdch prost\u0159ed\u00edch zahrnuj\u00edc\u00edch vodu, p\u016fdu, kaly nebo odpadn\u00ed vody. Jako modelov\u00e9 organizmy pro zhodnocen\u00ed ekotoxicity jsou voleny r\u016fzn\u00e9 kmeny p\u016fdn\u00edch nebo specifick\u00fdch druh\u016f bakteri\u00ed a d\u00e1le kultur sinic a \u0159as. Na v\u00fdvoji analytick\u00fdch metod ekotoxikologie a test\u016f endokrinn\u00edch aktivit organick\u00fdch polutant\u016f se pod\u00edlej\u00ed zejm\u00e9na MBU a DEKONTA, kter\u00e1 optimalizovan\u00e9 postupy testuje na re\u00e1ln\u00fdch vzorc\u00edch a v pr\u016fb\u011bhu testovac\u00edch remedia\u010dn\u00edch experiment\u016f. V oblasti ekotoxikologie nanomateri\u00e1l\u016f a sledov\u00e1n\u00ed migrace nanomateri\u00e1l\u016f se na \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed bal\u00ed\u010dku pod\u00edlej\u00ed TUL a UPOL. Pr\u016fmyslov\u00ed partne\u0159i projektu vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v\u00fdsledk\u016f \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed toho pracovn\u00edho bal\u00ed\u010dku v r\u00e1mci charakteristik vytvo\u0159en\u00fdch produkt\u016f.<\/p>\n
