Nanotechnologie i biotechnologie p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed progresivn\u00ed metody \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vod. V r\u00e1mci \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed pracovn\u00edho bal\u00ed\u010dku jsou vyv\u00edjeny a ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1ny technologie vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed soub\u011b\u017en\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f biotick\u00fdch a abiotick\u00fdch reduk\u010dn\u00edch \u010dinidel (nap\u0159\u00edklad nano\u010d\u00e1stice kovov\u00e9ho \u017eeleza + biosurfaktanty) za \u00fa\u010delem \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed podzemn\u00edch vod kontaminovan\u00fdch chlorovan\u00fdmi uhlovod\u00edky. Kombinovan\u00e9 technologie mohou p\u0159in\u00e9st \u0159adu benefit\u016f od zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti, sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 ekonomick\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti a\u017e po synergick\u00fd efekt jednotliv\u00fdch technologick\u00fdch krok\u016f. Pracovn\u00ed bal\u00ed\u010dek je tedy orientov\u00e1n na v\u00fdvoj a testov\u00e1n\u00ed kombinovan\u00fdch technologi\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch aplikaci modern\u00edch oxidativn\u00edch nanomateri\u00e1l\u016f, reduktivn\u00edch nanomateri\u00e1l\u016f, biotechnologi\u00ed \u010di nanovl\u00e1ken.<\/p>\n
Pro ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed vyv\u00edjen\u00fdch kombinovan\u00fdch technologi\u00ed jsou pou\u017eity nanomateri\u00e1ly vyvinut\u00e9 v r\u00e1mci WP1 (nano\u010d\u00e1stice kovov\u00e9ho \u017eeleza s vhodn\u00fdmi povrchov\u00fdmi modifikacemi), WP2 (slou\u010deniny \u017eeleza ve vysok\u00fdch oxida\u010dn\u00edch stavech) a WP4 (nano\u010d\u00e1stice kovov\u00e9ho st\u0159\u00edbra) v kombinaci s vhodn\u00fdmi prepar\u00e1ty pro podporu bioremediace. Aplika\u010dn\u00ed potenci\u00e1l v\u00fdsledku je zejm\u00e9na v \u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sanaci podzemn\u00edch vod kontaminovan\u00fdch chlorovan\u00fdmi eteny (p\u0159\u00edp. i dal\u0161\u00edmi uhlovod\u00edky) p\u0159i ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch n\u00e1kladech a krat\u0161\u00ed dob\u011b sanace v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s pou\u017eit\u00edm dan\u00e9 nanotechnologie \u010di bioremedia\u010dn\u00ed technologie. Technologie m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b \u0161irok\u00fd potenci\u00e1l s ohledem na typy vod a \u0161k\u00e1lu kontaminant\u016f, nebo\u0165 se jedn\u00e1 o environment\u00e1ln\u011b akceptovateln\u00e9 kompozity pou\u017eiteln\u00e9 i k in-situ sanac\u00edm zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch podzemn\u00edch i povrchov\u00fdch vod i p\u016fd. UPOL je zodpov\u011bdn\u00e1 za laboratorn\u00ed v\u00fdvoj nanomateri\u00e1l\u016f a kombinovan\u00fdch nano-bio materi\u00e1l\u016f v\u010detn\u011b komplexn\u00ed velikostn\u00ed, morfologick\u00e9, povrchov\u00e9, strukturn\u00ed a chemick\u00e9 charakterizace. TUL prov\u00e1d\u00ed ve\u0161ker\u00e9 testy reaktivity, migrace, kinetiky a \u00fa\u010dinnosti t\u011bchto materi\u00e1l\u016f na modelov\u00fdch i re\u00e1ln\u00fdch vod\u00e1ch. TUL se pod\u00edl\u00ed tak\u00e9 na p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b technologie aplikace vyvinut\u00fdch technologi\u00ed. LAC vyv\u00edj\u00ed poloprovozn\u00ed a provozn\u00ed jednotky pro v\u00fdrobu nanomateri\u00e1l\u016f a kombinovan\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f a tak\u00e9 reaktor\u016f pro aplikace t\u011bchto technologi\u00ed v poloprovozn\u00edm a provozn\u00edm m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku. Spole\u010dnosti AQUTEST a GEOTEST n\u00e1sledn\u011b testuj\u00ed vyvinut\u00e9 technologie v pilotn\u00edch aplikac\u00edch a jsou zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9 za implementaci t\u011bchto technologi\u00ed na trh.<\/p>\n
Pracovn\u00ed bal\u00ed\u010dek WP5 si klade za c\u00edl i v\u00fdvoj, optimalizaci a ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed kombinovan\u00fdch (reduktivn\u011b-sorp\u010dn\u00ed, oxida\u010dn\u011b-sorp\u010dn\u00ed, reduktivn\u011b-antimikrobi\u00e1ln\u00ed) technologi\u00ed \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pitn\u00fdch, odpadn\u00edch a podzemn\u00edch vod.<\/p>\n
