Aplikace membr\u00e1nov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vod nar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed na jeden z\u00e1sadn\u00ed probl\u00e9m, a t\u00edm je p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm biologick\u00e9 a mikrobi\u00e1ln\u00ed zan\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed membr\u00e1nov\u00e9ho povrchu, kter\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuje pokles permeability, tedy pokles hydraulick\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu syst\u00e9mu. Po ur\u010dit\u00e9m provozn\u00edm \u010dase je nutn\u00e9 membr\u00e1nu ze syst\u00e9mu vyjmout a podrobit ji fyzik\u00e1ln\u00edmu a chemick\u00e9mu \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. To znamen\u00e1 diskontinuitu provozu a nav\u00edc aplikaci chemick\u00fdch \u010dinidel, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm slou\u010denin chloru a organick\u00fdch i anorganick\u00fdch kyselin, kter\u00e9 mohou p\u0159edstavovat jist\u00e9 ekologick\u00e9 riziko. Nano\u010d\u00e1stice st\u0159\u00edbra vykazuj\u00ed zcela mimo\u0159\u00e1dnou aktivitu v\u016f\u010di \u0161irok\u00e9 \u0161k\u00e1le bakteri\u00ed, kvasinek i hub s velmi n\u00edzk\u00fdmi hodnotami minim\u00e1ln\u00edch inhibi\u010dn\u00edch koncentrac\u00ed. Aktivita nano\u010d\u00e1stic st\u0159\u00edbra tak \u010dasto p\u0159esahuje \u00fa\u010dinnost nap\u0159\u00edklad komer\u010dn\u00edch antifung\u00e1ln\u00edch l\u00e1tek. Vhodn\u00e9 ukotven\u00ed nano\u010d\u00e1stic st\u0159\u00edbra m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k samo\u010dist\u00edc\u00edmu efektu membr\u00e1n a filtr\u016f a tud\u00ed\u017e k z\u00e1sadn\u00edmu zefektivn\u011bn\u00ed t\u011bchto technologi\u00ed. Naproti tomu, p\u0159irozen\u00e9 biofilmy jsou perspektivn\u00ed technologi\u00ed \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edch vod se specifick\u00fdm typem zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n

Role UPOL je zejm\u00e9na ve v\u00fdvoji technologie imobilizace nano\u010d\u00e1stic kovov\u00e9ho st\u0159\u00edbra, v materi\u00e1lov\u00e9 charakterizaci p\u0159ipraven\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f pro n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 laboratorn\u00ed a poloprovozn\u00ed zkou\u0161ky. TUL je zodpov\u011bdn\u00e1 za testov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ipraven\u00fdch filtra\u010dn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f v laborato\u0159i z hlediska mechanick\u00fdch a hydrodynamick\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed, filtra\u010dn\u00edch charakteristik a test\u016f biocidn\u00edch vlastnost\u00ed. TUL tak\u00e9 vyv\u00edj\u00ed nano- a mikrovl\u00e1kenn\u00e9 nosi\u010de biomasy, filtra\u010dn\u00ed materi\u00e1ly s imobilizovan\u00fdmi enzymy pro \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed mikropolutant\u016f a filtra\u010dn\u00ed membr\u00e1ny pro membr\u00e1nov\u00e9 bioreaktory, a laboratorn\u011b ov\u011b\u0159uje jejich \u00fa\u010dinnost. \u00daloha MBU spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 ve screeningu mo\u017en\u00fdch enzymatick\u00fdch aktivit a jejich stanoven\u00ed, stejn\u011b jako ve v\u00fdb\u011bru vhodn\u00fdch mikrobi\u00e1ln\u00edch kmen\u016f pro p\u0159irozenou imobilizaci. Ostatn\u00ed komer\u010dn\u00ed partne\u0159i konsorcia poskytuj\u00ed lokality pro testov\u00e1n\u00ed vyvinut\u00fdch technologi\u00ed na vod\u00e1ch s r\u016fzn\u00fdmi typy zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a pod\u00edlej\u00ed se na implementaci technologi\u00ed na trh.<\/p>\n

Hlavn\u00edm c\u00edlem tohoto pracovn\u00edho bal\u00ed\u010dku je v\u00fdzkum, v\u00fdvoj a poloprovozn\u00ed modifikace separa\u010dn\u00edch technologi\u00ed pomoc\u00ed vhodn\u011b volen\u00fdch nanomateri\u00e1l\u016f, a\/nebo vhodn\u011b volen\u00fdch nosi\u010d\u016f biomasy pro \u00fa\u010dely ekologicky \u0161etrn\u00e9ho \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vod s n\u00e1slednou komercializac\u00ed.<\/p>\n
